1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the 388 Wine platform in any way — including browsing the website, creating an account, placing a bet, playing a casino game, making a deposit, or requesting a withdrawal — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use the 388 Wine platform. Continued use of the platform following any update to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes.

2 Account Registration

Eligibility

To register a 388 Wine account you must be a real individual person aged 18 or above. Corporate accounts, bot-operated accounts, and accounts created on behalf of third parties are not permitted.

Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information when registering. This includes your full name, date of birth, contact number and payment details. Any account found to contain false information may be suspended pending verification, and withdrawals may be withheld until identity is confirmed.

One Account Rule

Each person is entitled to one active account only. Holding multiple accounts — whether through different email addresses, phone numbers or payment methods — is a breach of these terms. All duplicate accounts will be closed and any balances across those accounts may be reviewed and adjusted.

Account Security

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and confidential.
• Do not share your password with anyone, including friends or family members.
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact 388 Wine support immediately.
• 388 Wine will never ask for your password by email or over chat.
• Activity carried out using your login credentials is your responsibility unless you have reported a breach in good time.

Account Verification (KYC)

388 Wine may request identity documents, proof of address, or payment method verification at any point — particularly before processing withdrawal requests above certain thresholds. This Know Your Customer (KYC) process is standard practice and is required to protect all players. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension.

3 Age Verification

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

Supported Payment Methods

388 Wine processes all transactions in PKR. Supported payment methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer and selected mobile wallets. All of these methods allow you to deposit and withdraw directly in PKR without any currency conversion.

Deposit Rules

• You must only deposit funds from payment methods registered in your own name.
• Third-party deposits — funds sent from someone else's JazzCash, Easypaisa or bank account — are not allowed.
• Minimum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of transaction and may vary by payment method.
• Deposits are generally credited to your 388 Wine account balance promptly, but processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
• If a deposit does not appear in your account within the stated timeframe, contact support with your transaction reference number.

Withdrawal Rules

Withdrawals are paid in PKR to the payment method associated with your verified account. You must complete account verification before your first withdrawal is processed. The withdrawal must go to an account or wallet registered in your name.

• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed at the time of the request.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within the timeframe shown on the Deposit page, subject to verification status.
• 388 Wine reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing where additional verification is required.
• Funds that were deposited and never used for any betting or gaming activity may be subject to additional review before withdrawal.

5 Betting Rules

Placing Bets

Bets placed on 388 Wine are binding once confirmed. Before confirming a bet, always review the selection, stake amount and potential return on the bet slip. Once a bet is accepted and confirmed by the system, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player.

Cricket and Sports Betting

388 Wine offers betting on cricket including PSL matches, T20 internationals, Test cricket and domestic competitions. Football, esports and virtual sports are also available. All sports betting markets are subject to their own specific rules, which are displayed alongside the relevant market at the time of betting.

• Odds displayed at the time of bet placement are the odds that apply to that bet, subject to in-play adjustments for live betting.
• In-play bets may be refused or accepted at a slightly different price depending on market movement at the time of submission.
• If a match or event is abandoned, postponed or cancelled, settlement rules for the affected market will follow the specific rules for that sport.
• Where a PSL or T20 match is interrupted by rain and the Duckworth-Lewis method is applied, settlement follows the official result as declared by the governing body.
• Obvious pricing errors in any market may be corrected, and any bets placed at the erroneous price may be voided at 388 Wine's discretion.

Maximum Winnings

Maximum payout limits apply per bet and per day across all sports markets. These limits are displayed in the betting section and may vary by sport, market type and account level. 388 Wine reserves the right to limit the stake size available to any individual account at any time.

6 Casino and Games

The 388 Wine casino section — including slots, live casino, bingo and virtual sports — is provided for entertainment purposes. All games available on the platform use certified random number generation (RNG) or, in the case of live casino, real dealers operating under standard casino procedures.

Game Results

Game outcomes are determined by RNG systems or live dealer outcomes and cannot be influenced by the player or by 388 Wine. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for individual slot titles are available within the game information panel for each game.

Live Casino

Live casino games at 388 Wine stream in real time with real dealers. Connection interruptions during a live game session may result in a hand or round being settled on the basis of the last confirmed action. Where a session is interrupted before any game action is taken and a stake has been placed, that stake will be returned.

Bingo

Bingo rooms operate on scheduled sessions. Prize pool information and room rules are displayed before each session starts. Players who join a session after it has commenced participate in the remaining rounds only. Session stakes are non-refundable once a session has started.

7 Bonuses and Promotions

388 Wine offers bonuses and promotional offers to registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms attached to each offer, including wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, and expiry periods. • Bonuses must be used within the validity period stated on the promotion. Expired bonuses are forfeited.
• Wagering requirements must be completed before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses are issued for personal use only and cannot be transferred between accounts.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless the promotion specifically states otherwise.
• 388 Wine reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Where a bonus is claimed fraudulently or in breach of terms, the bonus and any associated winnings will be removed from the account.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 388 Wine platform. Engaging in any of these activities — or attempting to — will result in account suspension and may result in the forfeiture of funds:

• Creating more than one account, or accessing another player's account without authorisation.
• Using stolen, fraudulent or unauthorised payment methods for deposits or withdrawals.
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors or system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Collaborating with other players to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Using automated software, bots or scripts to interact with the platform.
• Engaging in money laundering or using the platform to process funds from illegal sources.
• Making false claims, chargebacks or disputes with payment providers in bad faith.
• Providing false identity information or documents during the KYC verification process.
• Allowing a person under 18 to access or use your 388 Wine account.

388 Wine monitors account activity on an ongoing basis. Where prohibited conduct is detected or suspected, accounts may be restricted or closed without prior notice. 388 Wine reserves the right to pursue recovery of funds where losses result from fraudulent activity.

9 Account Suspension and Closure

388 Wine reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at any time where there is reason to believe that these terms have been breached, fraudulent activity has occurred, verification requirements have not been met, or the account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of terms, any bonus funds will be forfeited. Real-money funds that are legitimately owned by the player and not subject to any dispute will be returned via the original payment method following investigation.

By the Player

You may close your 388 Wine account at any time by contacting support. Upon closure, any outstanding bets will be settled normally. Any remaining real-money balance — after withdrawal — will be processed to your verified payment method. Accounts that are closed cannot be reopened; a new registration would be required, subject to eligibility checks.

Dormant Accounts

Accounts that show no login activity for an extended period may be classified as dormant. A dormant account notification will be sent to the registered contact before any administrative action is taken. Any remaining balance in a dormant account will be preserved for the legitimate account holder upon verified request.

10 Responsible Gaming
